Where do I park?
We have a free lot right off Orchard Line Road, with guest spots marked near the main doors. A greeter in a bright vest will wave you in and point you to the entrance.
What time should I arrive?
Come about ten minutes early so you can park, grab a coffee, and settle in without rushing. Someone at the door will help you find your way.
How does kids check-in work?
Stop by the Grace Kids desk in the lobby fifteen minutes before the service. We check your child in with a name tag and give you a matching claim tag, so pickup is simple and secure.
What should I wear?
Whatever is comfortable. You will see everything from jeans to a jacket. Come as you are, really.
Will I be singled out?
No. There is no pressure to give, sign up, or stand up. You are free to simply come and see.
